Hi,

Just my routine enquiry to ensure that 

(a) SAS is installed in the computer laboratories used by the Faculty of Applied Science, 
(b) the SAS licence has been renegotiated for 2010 and the initialization scripts are available for staff and student use, 
(c) these initialization scripts have been circulated to all staff; and
(d) up to date licenced copies of the software have been issued to the library for distribution to staff and students.

We do not want the disruptions to our teaching programs that have plagued us in the past.
